The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment. To report a return, you can contact us by email at biuro@goldenflowerspoland.pl or use InPost Fast Returns.
Products to be returned should be sent back to the address: 2m Sidorska St., 21-500 Biała Podlaska.
In the “Store Search” section, enter the name of the store to which you want to return your shipment. The list includes stores that offer a return service. You can also select a package to return from the list of your shipments below.
In the return form, enter the necessary data. If the store does not require acceptance of the return, that’s it – your return has been submitted! If it requires acceptance by the store – wait for confirmation. You will find your return code in the InPost Mobile app and in the email.
If you use the same box (let’s be eco! :)), remove the old label. You can handwrite the return code on the package. Check out how to pack a return!
All you have to do is click “Open the box remotely” in the app, in the shipment details, and the box will open. You can also scan the QR code from the InPost app by bringing it close to the reader on the Parcel Machine or Appkomat device. Prefer the option to send a package on the Parcel Machine screen? Enter the sending code on the screen. Place the package in the box and close it. In the app or on the screen of the Parcel Machine, confirm the sending. And there, you’re done!
